Warranty Policy: Durable Superior Casters® number one pledge is Quality. Our comprehensive Engineering Test Lab performs product tests to meet the standards of the Institute of Caster and Wheel Manufacturers (ICWM), the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) and the special requirements of virtually all manufacturers. Durable Superior Casters® products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for different periods of time from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misapplication, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, or lack of regular lubrication maintenance. Any product that is claimed to be defective and is returned to any one of Durable Superior Casters® warehouses with prior approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and Durable Superior is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages. Three-Year Warranty: We offer a three year limited warranty on complete casters only; assembled and shipped by us in the following series: 45/46, 47/48, 49/50, 57/58, 61/62, 63/64, 65/66, D1/R1, D2/R2, D3/R3, & D4/R4 with Forged Steel, Ductile, Ultra-Poly, ErgoLastomer, Solid Steel, Solid Steel V-Groove, Champion & PolyFlexon wheels, equipped with either precision ball bearings or tapered bearings. Warranty does not apply on any hybrid casters using a combination of Durable Superior Casters® parts with any other manufacturer's parts. General Warranty: All Durable Superior Casters® products not mentioned above are covered with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. |
