67 Series casters are made from cold rolled steel and
feature double ball swivel raceways. 4 different shock absorbing wheels types
provide the maximum cushion ride available; each wheel has unique
characteristics and advantages to consider. A matching rigid caster (68 Series)
and a total-locking (DT Series) are also available.

Pneumatic: Air filled inner-tube and tire mounted on a heavy-duty metal
rim; offer the best cushion ride and traction available, but are vulnerable to
going flat. Available in black and non-marking gray.
• Foam Filled
Pneumatic: Kenda brand foam filled pneumatic tire cannot go flat.
•
Ever-Roll™: Solid micro-cellular polyurethane foam tire mounted on
a heavy-duty metal rim; offers the same advantages as a pneumatic tire without
worrying about air leaks! Black tread is non-marking. Not recommended for wet
applications / environments. May develop a flat spot if parked with a load.
• Eco-Rubber™: Environmentally friendly recycled solid
rubber wheel mounted on a plastic core, offers a cushioned ride and holds more
weight than the other wheel options; it can however mark floors. Will not
generate flat spot if parked with a load.
Applications include: various
carts, platform trucks and equipment used in industrial, commercial,
institutional and outdoor environments where a cushioned ride and the ability
to roll over uneven floors and debris is a must. Offers good floor protection
and quite rolling operation. Not meant for highway
use.

case companies that supply rodies and other people and industries that move
audio visual equipment, instruments, lighting, electronics and computer
equipment non-stop and hearing about their nightmares of dealing with casters
that just do not hold up to the constant use and abuse of being on the road;
Durable Superior Casters® decided to take on the challenge of making a
caster that can sustain the ongoing shock loading, and keep on rolling to the
next gig, performance or show!
After much research, engineering and
extensive testing; we have produced a flexible elastomer tread wheel, soft
enough to easily roll over cords, thresholds and debris, offering an
exceptional cushioned ride up and down ramps, maximizing protection to
equipment from excessive vibration, while holding more weight than competitors
soft rubber wheels. The tensile strength of the Roadie®'s unique tread
material helps prevent tearing, chunking, flat spoting, de-bonding and
premature excessive wear. Ultra-strong aluminum wheel core is durable yet
lightweight. The Roadie®'s yoke is stamped and formed out of 3/16”
cold rolled steel and features deeply embossed double ball raceways with
hardened steel balls for smooth, reliable, swiveling action; the entire caster
yoke is heat treated for strength and long service life. Just like the men
& women behind the scenes for which this caster is named: The
Roadie® will work hard to make sure every show goes on, without the
headaches of casters that don’t perform well.
• Ultra
strong, soft tread, flexible elastomer wheel rolls easily over cords,
thresholds and debris and offers a cushioned ride on uneven surfaces such as
truck ramps, etc.
• Roadie® LT has a 1-1/4"
wide rubber on alumimum wheel; has less weight capacity and is more
economical.
• Wheel features roller bearing for improved
mobility; capable of taking excessive abuse.
• Double ball raceways
offer responsive swiveling action and durability, are sealed to protect
bearings from dirt & debris; ensuring a smooth performance.

Durable Superior Casters® CushEndure™ Caster
Series is designed specifically to endure the harsh environments that Nursery
& Greenhouse carts experience from being pushed up and down delivery ramps,
ran into curbs and other obstacles; being rolled over rough, dirty and uneven
terrains and being left outdoors in the elements and sun.
The
CushEndure™ wheel is UV resistant soft rubber on a hard rubber core,
equipped with two sealed precision ball bearings with special integrated
bushing thread guards; made to maximize the bearings performance and keep out
debris. The soft rubber tread is very durable and abrasion resistant, offering
a smooth, quiet, cushioned ride with the ability to roll over uneven ground,
broken or rough surfaces, gravel, dirt and small debris, that may be on the
rolling surface (i.e.: asphalt, cement, trailer floor, etc). The caster yoke is
made from 1/4” thick cold rolled steal and has double ball raceways with
upper and lower seals all held together by an ultra-strong 5/8” nut &
bolt kingpin. Caster yoke has a zinc plated finish that is attractive and
offers resistance to rust. This caster was designed, formed and welded for
optimal mobility, durability and long service life.

Low profile casters are designed to provide the highest
possible weight capacity at the lowest overall height; this combination offers
stability and mobility for heavy machines and equipment such as vending
machines, commercial appliances, reach-in coolers & freezer units, copiers,
computer racks, etc. All swivel casters in this group of series have double
ball raceways for improved swiveling action; rigid casters are cut, formed and
welded together for maximum strength and durability. Single and dual wheel
models are available with various raceway sizes, steel thickness, wheel
materials, bearings and engineering designs with one purpose in mind; low
overall heights, maximum capacity and reliable durability. Standard Zinc
plating & optional black oxidized finish, are attractive and corrosion
resistant. NSF Listed.

inverted aircraft loading casters designed and made to meet varying
requirements of size & specs, load capacity, durability and economic price
points. All three series have the following general

| LV- Leveling Casters Series |
|
LV Series leveling casters have a die-cast aluminum
frame with a steel swivel head and internal leveling mechanism & dial with
rubber foot pad; special design allows for moving equipment to the desired
location, adjusting down the leveling foot pad to level out and make the
attached equipment completely stationary. Cast aluminum frame is powder coated
in an ivory hue; wheels are ultra strong non-marking nylon.
Applications
include: Computer racks, conveyor stands, medical & laboratory equipment,
printers, copiers, modular framing enclosures, electronic enclosures,
manufacturing machinery and automation enclosures, business & vending
machines, shop equipment, diagnostic equipment, etc.

| 20 Series - Shopping Cart Casters |

Universal OEM or replacement shopping cart casters have
double ball swivel raceways and zinc plated finish, polyurethane on polyolefin
wheels with ball bearings and come with standard 1/2-13 x 7/8 threaded stem
with key lock base. 5/16 Axle and nut.
Escalator shopping cart casters
are also available; uniquely designed with automatic braking system; the tread
has multiple flanges that drop down into the groves of the escalator which in
turn lowers the caster onto the brake pads, stopping the cart from rolling
freely until exiting the escalator.
• 5” shopping cart casters
with standard fastener stem fits most shopping carts.
• Non marking
Polyurethane wheels come with precision ball bearings and thread guards, rolls
easily and protects floors.

| Spring Loaded Gate Casters |

This series is designed specifically for use on gates
and sliding or rotating doors and provides a shock absorbing ride over uneven
ground; the compression spring helps support the weight of the gate/door to
assist in keeping it on an even or level plain. G1 light-duty and G2 light
medium duty bracket assembies come without casters installed. G3 Heavy duty
bracket comes with either a 6" or 8" caster yoke attached, but requires the
installation of a wheel & axle to be operational.
• Any
caster with the appropriate stem fastening may be inserted into the G1 & G2
Series Bracket as long as the casters swivel radius is less than the stated
"Rotating Spacing" (*
